ΒΆ Reviews
Users have access to a reviews section, where they can view and manage reviews submitted by customers for their content.
The Review section of the Voice of Norway platform displays the following columns:
- ID: A unique identifier for each review.
- User: The user who submitted the review.
- Route: The route for which the review was submitted.
- Rating: The rating given by the user (usually on a scale of 1-5 stars).
- Review: The text of the review submitted by the user.
- Platform: The platform on which the review was submitted (such as iOS or Android).
- Updated: The date and time when the review was last updated.
- Search: The search bar could be used to find reviews based on specific users, routes, or platforms, or to search for specific keywords mentioned in the reviews.
